We at LifeTech Applications design, develop, and optimize e-commerce websites for some of the fastest-growing brands.

Brands we have worked with include Oribe, Solid & Striped, Krewe Sunglasses, Nili Lotan, Nécessaire, Birdies Slippers, Staud Clothing, Givenchy, The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and the Whitney Museum.

We’re a lean team of 28+ designers, developers, solutions architects, and E Comm consultants - spread across our Islamabad and Lahore offices.

Job Description

The Program Manager - Service Delivery will have a responsibility to manage all aspects of project development, tracking, and execution for both project-based and retainer based clients.

In this role, you will manage the work and priorities of a team of developers, quality analysts, project managers, and designers and their output to meet client expectations. You will also work with the broader team to devise and implement efficient processes to ensure optimum productivity and smooth operations.

To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supervising multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and internal and external stakeholders, and have a genuine passion for solving roadblocks and working in the digital e-Commerce space to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the planning, design, development, and delivery of all projects

  • Collaborate with project managers and partners to ensure successful planning, estimation, and then execution of company projects through the different stages of the project lifecycle or allocated hours (for retainers) through effective sequencing and breakdown (and identifying dependencies) for execution

  • Allocate, distribute, and deploy resources effectively based on the number of projects and priorities

  • Effectively track (and communicate) plans, progress, and status updates to both internal staff and customer stakeholders

  • Identify risks and devise and implement mitigation plans to pre-empt issues 

  • Manage client and project documentation, communications, meetings, and required meeting follow-ups.

  • Create, implement, and track relationship roadmaps and continuously seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and upsells

  • Scope projects with respective team members to develop and
    give input for Statements of Work

  • Help in recruiting team members
    and coach them to resolve conflicts, coordinate training and professional development activities.

  • Bring teams together across functions to share and implement best practices and improvements to continuously improve re-use (templates, examples), efficiency, and profitability (through automation of repeated tasks and processes)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management/service delivery experience for large clients (international clients a plus, digital projects a plus), managing digital projects (web e-commerce a plus)

  • People management and leadership - experience managing or working with large teams with diverse skill sets and cultures

  • A solid understanding of technical project execution (e-commerce strongly preferred), in a fast-paced setting,

  • Possess a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and influence work behaviors

  • Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage detail, establish root cause, as well as being able to extract and manipulate data,

  • A technical Bachelor’s degree is a minimum qualification

  • Good Interpersonal Skills - all our team members interact with our clients (mostly on video as well), so being personable is very important

  • UX design knowledge a plus

  • Exposure to Shopify is a plus
